Festival & Events Team Member (Trailer Towing Required)

LOKI POKE – Bristol based | UK Festivals & Events | Summer Contract

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join LOKI POKE for a busy summer of festivals and events across the UK.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, early starts, long days, and being part of a tight team delivering great food under pressure.

Essential Requirement

You must:

  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence

  • Be confident towing a trailer

  • Be comfortable driving long distances

  • Be available for the full summer season (including weekends)

Towing our food unit to and from events is a core part of this role.

What the role involves:

  • Towing and setting up our festival unit

  • Preparing and serving fresh poke bowls to a high standard

  • Working efficiently during busy service periods

  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards

  • Supporting pack-down and end-of-event logistics

  • Representing LOKI professionally at festivals and corporate events

Ideal experience:

  • Previous experience working in food trucks, street food, or festivals

  • Hospitality or fast-paced kitchen experience

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions

  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

Pay dependent on experience but ranging from £12.75 - £14.55 per hour.
