 What the job will involve: 

We’re looking for a full-time Server to join our small, independent team at LOKI POKE in Wapping Wharf for the summer season (now until the end of September). We’re a fast-paced, hands-on team who care about healthy quality food and creating a fun and welcoming environment! You will work in our Wapping Wharf shop with other front of house staff and our kitchen manager, ensuring the smooth running of service, helping manage stock and doing some food prep. Your role will be to make sure we provide excellent customer experience for in-person and online customers (via Deliveroo and Uber eats). 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Preparing and serving our fresh poke bowls to a high standard 

• Delivering friendly, upbeat customer service 

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the shop 

• Supporting with stock prep and general day-to-day operations 

• Potential to work at external events and pop-ups with the team 

You will have: 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Great attention for detail 

• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to work in a hygienic, clean and organised way, adhering to our food safety procedures 

• A Food Hygiene Certificate (training can be provided) 

• Availability to work weekends and evenings 

• Hospitality or food service experience
